We recommend that you put only 1 effervescent tablet in 200 ml of room temperature water.

If you are mixing more than one VÖOST effervescent tablet in the same day, we recommend that you consult your health care professional to determine what will best suit your needs.

You can take VÖOST effervescent tablet at any time during the day when in need.

The best temperature is room temperature. It’s also okay to use cold water for a cool & refreshing drink however be a bit more patient waiting for it to dissolve, as cold temperature will slow down tablet dissolution.

Warm water can also be used as alternative to cold water. However, we suggest not to use hot water as the dissolution could be too strong to cause spillage.

For the Hydrate Electrolyte range, cold water is recommended.

We recommend the effervescent tablets be stored below 25⁰C in a cool, dry place.

Products should not be consumed after the expiry date stipulated on the packaging.

We recommend that you do not consume the product when damage is found in the package. Effervescent tablets are sensitive to moisture and therefore product quality may be compromised.

Most of VÖOST effervescent tablets do not have sugar added during manufacturing. We use artificial sweeteners to provide sweetness with little or no energy/kilojoules.

Sugar containing products are:

1. Products with trace amount of sucrose: Multivitamin (Orange & Berry flavours), Calcium Plus, Vitamin D, Kids Multivitamin & Kids Calcium.
2. Products with Glucose added for energy-production purpose in Hydrate (4.06g per tablet) and Sport products (1.87g per tablet).

Most of VÖOST products are suitable for vegans and vegetarians, EXCEPT Multivitamin (Orange & Berry flavours), Vitamin D, Magnesium Forte, Collagen, Calcium Plus, Kids Multivitamin & Kids Calcium.

• Multivitamin, Calcium & Vitamin D products contains animal by-product due to the Vitamin D3 content extracted from lanolin (sheep).
• As does our Collagen product, which has been derived from seafood.

VÖOST Effervescent tablets are currently not Halal certified. This is something we are currently looking to achieve in the future.

There are no added preservatives in the VÖOST Effervescent Tablets, however we cannot guarantee that the products are 100% free from preservatives.

VÖOST product does not add any lactose or dairy products.

There is no added gluten in VÖOST effervescent tablets, however we cannot guarantee that the products are 100% free from gluten.

VÖOST effervescent tablets do not contain aspartame.

No. VÖOST Effervescent tablets use naturally derived coloring agents.

Most VÖOST effervescent products contains 7-11 Calories per tablet, with the exception of our Sport /Isotonic range and Magnesium Forte which contain 23-28 Calories per tablet. You can refer to our calorie table below.

We are unable to disclose the breakdown of ingredients due to confidentiality reasons. If there is a specific ingredient that you are concerned about, we can look into this and provide further details.

We do not add sugar in most VÖOST effervescent tablets. We use artificial sweetener to provide sweetness with little or no energy/kilojoules. You can check more information on product package. We recommended you consult a healthcare professional if you a diabetic and have questions or concerns.

If you are trying to conceive, are pregnant or breastfeeding, we recommend you consult your healthcare professional for advice on taking any nutritional supplements, so they can help determine what will best suit your needs during this time.

Adult-use VÖOST effervescent tablets are formulated to cater for the dietary requirements of (18 years and older). Please keep these products out of the reach of children.

However VÖOST has a kid range suitable for children aged from 4-18 years old. This range include:

• VÖOST Kid Calcium

VÖOST effervescent products are suitable for the keto diet! Our core range contains less than 0.8g of carbohydrates per tablet, with the exception of our Sport Hydration range which have 4.2g of carbohydrates per tablet.

Our VÖOST Magnesium tablets do tend to leave a bit of residue at the bottom of the glass; this is not a product fault and is fairly normal for a Magnesium product. With effervescent tablets, some have better solubility than others. The type of Magnesium that we use, Magnesium Carbonate, is known for its water insoluble properties, which can in some cases result in residue.

Products that contain Calcium (e.g. Vitamin B+ Performance) or Magnesium in the VÖOST Effervescent range tend to leave a bit of residue at the bottom of the glass. This is not a product fault but more the nature of any of our products that contain Magnesium Carbonate or Calcium Carbonate as active ingredients. These ingredients are known for water insoluble properties, which can in some cases result in residue. Don't worry though - you're still getting your full dose of vitamins and minerals!

That's because these products contain Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin). Consuming this vitamin can make your urine appear more intense in color. B vitamins are water soluble so your body absorbs what it needs and the rest is excreted in the urine.

While supplements can come in different forms and offer similar nutritional benefits, effervescent tablets are convenient to consume and come with a great taste! They also provide additional liquid intake when dissolved in 200mL water.

Yes! The VÖOST 10 and 20 pack tubes including the lids, and the folding boxes for the 40 and 60 packs are recyclable. Both the tubes and lids are recyclable in council kerbside recycling bins. The tubes fall under the resin identification code of ‘5’ for polypropylene (PP). The lids contain desiccant silica beads to keep the product fresh. The beads can be found under a white piece of cardboard under the lid. It is encouraged that you remove the desiccant from lid and attach the lid back to tube before putting into recycle bin.

Depending on your selection, subscriptions will be charged every 8 or 12 weeks. If you would like to delay or cancel your subscription you can do so at any time by logging into your account and managing your payments.

Not all of our products are available for subscription. If you can’t see an option to subscribe on the product page the product does not have a subscription option at this time. This applies to all ‘bundles’ and a few products in our A-Z effervescent range.

To cancel a subscription, click the manage button next to the subscription you wish to cancel and then click ‘cancel this product.’

To delay a subscription, click the manage button next to the subscription you wish to delay and then edit the next charge date to one in the future that suits you better!
